For the last ten years, I've worked in and around the cannabis industry and social media, building brand voice, community, and creator relationships in a category where the usual playbook simply isn't available. That work taught me something that applies everywhere: how to build trust and get people to engage with things they've been trained to tune out.

Now I'm putting those skills toward the work I care about most: justice and community. Whether that's cannabis justice, mental health, or civic causes that deserve intentional storytelling, a budget hearing, a policy campaign, a product launch, my job has always been the same.
